The work you still do by hand, done by AI while you sleep.

I find where your team's hours go, then build the system that takes that work over.

A 15-minute call. Most automations are running within a week.

Most small businesses run on texts, spreadsheets and memory.

A quote request comes in by text at 9pm. Stock gets counted when something runs out. Someone asks who's handling a job, and nobody's quite sure.

I ran a retail shop, so I know that day well. At EFEDE, the construction company I work with, the office lost between 30 minutes and 2 hours a day looking for information and chasing tasks.

Then it all lands in one place.

My first client is EFEDE, a modular construction company. Here's what changed for the owner and the office team.

  1. BeforeEach payment certificate written by hand, about an hour eachAfterAn engineer sends a WhatsApp voice note and the certificate is ready in under 10 minutes
  2. BeforeTasks and stock chased by phone and from memoryAfterOne tracker where the owner sees every engineer's work and the materials on hand

This is a day and night difference after we used this method of organization.

Four ways to get your hours back.

Most clients start with the audit. You can stop after any step.

AI Audit

$100, credited to your build

I map where your team's time goes and hand you documents showing which tasks AI can take over, how to set it up, and what it's worth in hours and money. Every opportunity is plotted as a quick win or a big swing.

Your AI operating system

Company OS

$1,500 to $3,000 · one to two weeks

One system that holds your business information (tasks, clients, stock, documents) and runs your automations from there. Some of them run on a schedule, overnight, while nobody's working. It's built around how your business works and looks like your brand.

Custom AI builds

Fixed fee, in your audit proposal

Pick one job you're tired of doing by hand. I build the software, phone app or AI workflow that does it, connected to the tools you already use.

1-on-1 AI training

$50 per person, two sessions

I set you up on the tools from your audit and coach you until using them is part of your normal week. You keep written notes of everything we cover.

How training works

Early clients get launch pricing on builds.

Not sure which one fits? That's what the free call is for.

Real systems, running in a real business.

The certificate system and the tracker are running at EFEDE today. See how they work, then see the screens of an app I built for landlords.

From first call to a system that runs itself.

  1. Free 15-minute call

Tell me about your week. I'll ask where the time goes, tell you straight whether AI can help, and note what I need for your audit.

  2. AI Audit, $100

We meet once to go through the results, and you keep the documents: every task AI can take over, the map of quick wins and big swings, the hours and money each one saves, and a build proposal with prices. If you go ahead, the $100 is credited to the build.

  3. The build

A fixed fee from the proposal. Most automations take about a week; a Company OS takes one to two. I test everything before you get it.

  4. Three months of support, included

One set day each week to send me questions and problems, with fixes included. Critical errors get fixed right away, whatever the day.

  5. After that, if you want it

A monthly plan with a weekly meeting about updates and new automations, plus set times each week for questions.

You talk to the person who builds it.

I'm Julian D'Alessandro. Before I built software, I ran a retail shop, so I've done the stock counts and the late-night quote requests myself. Now I build the systems I wish I'd had.

When you message me, the person answering is the one who wrote your system. There's no account manager in between.

I also care how it looks. The modular-house configurator I built for EFEDE lets buyers design their house the way Apple and Tesla let you build a product on their sites.

If you want AI that's right every time with nobody checking its work, I'm the wrong builder. My systems take the busywork off your team and leave the judgment calls with you.

Hablo español.

Questions owners ask me first.

You're new. Where's your track record?

My first client is EFEDE, the construction company on this page, and you can watch the systems I built for them running. If you'd rather start small, the audit costs $100, and that counts toward a build.

What if the AI makes a mistake?

I test every system before you get it, and I build it so a person checks the output before it goes anywhere important. For the first three months, fixes are included.

Isn't this expensive?

The audit costs $100 and tells you what each automation is worth in hours and money before you spend anything on a build. If the numbers don't work, you'll know before you commit. For a sense of scale, a full Company OS runs from $1,500 to $3,000 depending on the size of the business, and early clients get launch pricing.

I'm not technical. Will I be able to use it?

Yes. I build around the way you already work: the engineers at EFEDE send WhatsApp voice notes, the same as before. 1-on-1 training covers the rest.

We already tried ChatGPT and it fell short. Why would this be different?

A chat window starts from zero every conversation. It doesn't know your business, can't reach your tools, and does nothing until you type. What I build knows your business, connects to the apps you use, and runs on a schedule.

How soon will I see results?

Most automations, software and AI projects are running within about a week. A full Company OS takes one to two weeks, depending on how much information your business has.

How much of my time will this take?

About 2 to 4 hours in the first week, for a call, my questions and testing. After that, a few minutes here and there to approve things or ask for new features.

My information is a mess. Can you still help?

That's where most businesses start. Pulling it into one place is the first part of a Company OS.

Is my business data safe?

Your system lives in your own accounts, and some tools can run entirely on your own computer. I only keep your data while I'm maintaining your system on a monthly plan. Otherwise, it's deleted when the work ends.

What happens if you disappear? You're one person.

You own the code, and it runs in your own accounts, so it keeps working and another developer can pick it up. If I start a build in my account, I move it to yours when it's done.

Which job would you hand off first?

Tell me on a free 15-minute call. You'll leave knowing whether AI can take it over and what an audit would look at.
